POLYGREEN is the first Italian company dedicated exclusively to the production and marketing of synthetic thermoplastic and organic granules for synthetic grass surfaces and for the world of sport. Technology, innovation and respect for the environment are the basis of its mission. A totally "Made in Italy" technology based on the innovative POLYGREEN process that focuses on energy efficiency and the culture of reuse. POLYGREEN uses a patented process capable of solving tomorrow's problems today thanks to products with high sports performance and low environmental impact with the guarantee of being 100% recyclable, ensuring a second life for the product.

What do we do

Create composite materials by taking advantage of elements found in nature.
POLYGREEN produces its granules by transforming thermoplastic materials to which particles of vegetable origin are added, such as cellulose fiber. The creation of composite materials using the innovative "zero Ampere" system, low energy consumption, reduced environmental impact and limited CO2 emissions to give life to a new species: the synthetic organic thermo-vegetable granule.

EcoTherm

EcoTherm

ECOTHERM is the innovative thermoplastic performance infill with synthetic organic properties. Unlike normal thermoplastic granules, heavy and not very bulky, ECOTHERM is made with a patented method that allows you to insert volumizing elements of vegetable origin into the thermoplastic compound. The secret is the natural cellulose fiber which is incorporated into the granule to make it light and porous. Great yield, controlled water retention and optimal wear resistance. ECOTHERM is the alternative to totally vegetable granules thanks to its duration over time and its resistance to wear, thus reducing maintenance costs and product replenishments. ECOTHERM, like all polygreen products, is 100% recyclable.
GeoTherm

GeoTherm

GEOTHERM is also a synthetic organic thermoplastic granule with characteristics almost identical to ECOTHERM, the result of the same patented process. The difference is in the percentage of cellulose fibers contained in the granules and in its earthy brown color, which makes it very similar to natural soil for a perfect color rendering of the surface. GEOTHERM also has an irregular prismatic shape, retains up to 30% of water to restore freshness to the surface and give players greater comfort. Water saving, great yield, reduced lifting of the granules during the rebound. GEOTHERM, like all polygreen products, is 100% recyclable, does not contain heavy metals and does not release harmful elements into the subsoil.
EcoSand

EcoSand

Replacing sand is now possible thanks to ECOSAND, the first stabilizer for synthetic carpets, replacing sand, based on synthetic organic thermoplastic. Thanks to its characteristics ECOSAND allows to stabilize the synthetic carpet without the use of silica sand. Greater elasticity, greater yield and the possibility of reducing the height of the mantle, guaranteeing very high shock absorption characteristics and surface performance. ECOTHERM is perfectly compatible with ECOTHERM and GEOTHERM, thanks to its thermoplastic composition and allows to completely recycle the mantle system, without the need to separate the elements. Lower disassembly costs and no landfill costs, unparalleled practicality and economy.

POLYGREEN implements the culture of reuse, "zero plastic in landfill" thanks to new technologies that guarantee the production of high-performance economic systems with low costs when they need to be replaced.
This is the philosophy of the POLYGREEN system: looking ahead ensuring its customers a future without costly surprises related to the disposal of their sports field. The synthetic carpet with polymeric support, the ECOSAND thermoplastic stabilizer, the ECOTHERM and GEOTHERM organic synthesis / thermo-vegetable infills, are all compatible with each other and can be recovered together to be regenerated and live a second life, totally eliminating landfill costs. Zero oil consumption, reduced CO2 emissions with a virtuous cycle that respects the environment without waste.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TODAY TO THINK ABOUT THE FUTURE?
IMMEDIATELY: The installation costs are compensated by the large volumetric yield of the products (less material is needed to fill the carpet) 
DURING THE LIFE OF THE FIELD:  the consumption of irrigation water is reduced by 30% thanks to the vegetable fibers that retain humidity, increasing the comfort of play, the maintenance costs are lower thanks to the high resistance of the granules which allows to minimize the need for replenishment of product.
AT THE END OF THE FIELD'S LIFE: a second life of the product, no landfill costs thanks to complete recyclability.
